The presentation will highlight the Historical/Human legacy of ancient Zoroastrian Achaemenian emperors.

 Cyrus the Great chartered the First Human Rights in History and his rule served as a blueprint for world and U.S. democracy, the U.S. Constitution, anti-colonialism, and ultimately the American Civil l rights Movement. 2. Cyrus and Darius the Great devised/pioneered genius administrative, trade, commerce, and many other practices extensively used daily all over the world today. 

The speaker, Sam Billimoria’s interest in the Achaemenian Dynasty started in Iran in the 1970s, when he worked in Iran and visited Persepolis 4 times and Pasargadae twice. This led to his extensive research on the Achaemenian Dynasty and ultimately proclamations from 2 Congressman honoring the Zoroastrian Legacy for pioneering the first human rights in History, also influencing the U.S. Constitution and world democracy.

There is going to be an art exhibition and vendors offering their craft and homemade products during the event as well.

The event is free to attend, and RSVP is needed.
